  • 12 Aug. 2011 -- ST. LOUIS -- Gooey Butter Cake at the Sidney Street Cafe is officially called "Gooey. Butter. Cake." to emphasize that the St. Louis restaurant's version of the dish is very untraditional. The desert includes caramelized blackberries, balsamic marinated cherries, blackberry sorbet and brown butter sauce.
